Nairofey Reveals Why Her Nanny Has Never Carried Her Son
Nairofey has opened up about why her househelp has never carried her baby, saying she struggles with trust and does not know how to build it.
She said on Instagram on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, that she has a househelp but has never allowed her to hold her son, even once, explaining that trust is the main reason behind that decision.
In her words, Nairofey said, “Yes. I have a househelp. I have never let her hold my son even once. Trust is what I lack. I don’t know how to build it.”
She shared that her new motherhood experience has been overwhelming and that she is dealing with physical and emotional exhaustion.
As she spoke about her situation, one message she came across advised her to get support because motherhood can be difficult without help. Another message shared an experience of going through more than a year without rest. While responding, Nairofey said her own journey has pushed her to the edge.

She said, “I’m on the verge of madness,” showing how heavy the responsibility has been for her. She also reacted to another message that described long-term exhaustion, and she expressed fear that her body may eventually give in.
Nairofey said she feels overwhelmed by the constant demands of motherhood. She said, “Jesooooo!!!!! Ghai! I feel like one day my body will stop functioning.”
She explained that she has not had enough rest since giving birth and that her days and nights have been filled with caring for her child without a break.
She added, “I can’t remember the last time I had proper sleep,” showing how deep the exhaustion has become. For her, the lack of sleep and the fear of letting someone else carry her baby have made the experience even harder.
Nairofey’s statements show the struggle of balancing new motherhood, lack of rest, and trust issues. Even though she has a housekeeper, her fear of letting someone else handle her child has left her doing everything on her own.
She admitted that she does not know how to build trust and that this has made the journey more tiring.
