Marrie, Aende's firstborn with actress Nyaboke Moraa, died on Sunday, July 28, in Syokimau. Achieng was later transferred to Umash Funeral Home in Nairobi and she will be laid to rest on Saturday, August 10, 2024, in Kadongo, Kisumu County.

Deeply affected by his daughter's loss, Aende posted a video capturing their joyful moments together during a family gathering.

His latest message comes a day after Blak sent a heartfelt tribute expressing his sorrow and resignation, stating he cannot question God.

In that message, he described Sunday as one of the darkest days of his life, sharing on social media, “It’s a dark day. I can’t question God; I leave everything to Him.”

Aende later posted about his difficult journey home with the caption, “Hardest flight to take,” and included black heart emojis.

2024 will be a year that Nyaboke will most likely not look back fondly at as she also lost another close relative back in June,

Last month, Nyaboke opened up about her sorrow, describing how the family went from moments of joy to deep despair with the unexpected death of their eldest brother, who had been scheduled to join them for a reunion but missed his flight and passed away suddenly.

The burial took place on June 16. Nyaboke pondered the events of the year and wondered if her family would ever find solace.

Additionally, Nyaboke had earlier shared on May 15 about the loss of her niece, who had passed away five months earlier in December 2023.
