Star Chebet confirms she is okay hours after sharing a disturbing Instagram post

Renowned Kenyan actress Esther Chebet has confirmed that she is fine and has safely arrived in Nakuru hours after she left fans and industry colleagues worried after sharing a series of disturbing Instagram posts which appeared to hint at troubles within her spiritual self.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Star Chebet - as she is popularly known - published a worrying series of revelations detailing her indulgence in spiritual activities, which she revealed had eventually started to turn against her.

"Hey guys, imekua kitambo tangu nipost hapa, but life has been moving too fast," Chebet began in her post.

"I don't know if I'll be okay by the end of the day, but I got myself into something I can't really reverse. Life is spiritual and I think I tapped into the wrong realms in my search for peace of mind and tapped into the wrong energies."

Indicating that she was now facing the consequences of her naivety, Chebet went on to reveal that her association with some questionable friends had led her into delving into things she was now convinced would have a terrible ending.

"I made new friends who were on a totally different path and got into things I didn't really expect. Na sidhani itasha poa," she confessed.

In the clearest indication that all was not good, Chebet went on to reveal that she had engaged in some paranormal activities and was not conscious of her actions until it was too late.

"Nilitumika kufungua portal on Kimugu river in Kericho and got initiated into something I didn't expect... I didn't know what was happening until it happened," she wrote.

"Life is spiritual and spirits get into conflicts subconsciously sometimes. I'm on my way to Nakuru and vile hii gari inasonga, my instincts zanionyesha sitakuwa sawa..."

Chebet went on to candidly reveal that “someone wanted her in Kericho” in order to perform some fiendish activities, agreeing that she had tapped into “wrong realms.”

"Someone wanted me out of town ndio niende Kericho nifanye some things I didn't really understand and for months my mind was clogged," she confessed.

"It started ile time I went to hospital.. My family and doctors assumed that I was hallucinating but I tapped into wrong realm..."

Soon after making the posts, hundreds of fans, colleagues and friends camped at the comment section to wish her well, inquire about her wellbeing and generally pray for her.

Abel Mutua wrote, "Trying to reach you... "

Nimrod Nick wrote, "Can the closest people to her get to her immediately? Such cryptic messages can never be avoided nor taken lightly..."

YouTuber Lynn Ngugi wrote, "Please pick up! If you get to see this remember you're loved and I am so sorry if we've made you feel alone."

On her part, Cathy Njeri, a fan, wrote, "Words are powerful. You can shift the atmosphere by speaking positive right now. You have the power!"

But after several hours of friends and colleagues frantically trying to reach her, Chebet took to Instagram to confirm that she was fine and that she would be responding to messages later.

"For those following up, I'm doing well. Nimefika Nakuru. I'll pick your calls and respond to your messages baadaye..." she wrote.
