Bonfire adventures cofounder Simon Kabu has addressed a viral video of his wife Sarah Kabu in an altercation with a woman in their home.

The video shows a woman believed to be Sarah in a heated altercation, forcefully pushing the woman out of her house as her husband intervenes to stop her.

Yesterday, Sarah publicly demanded her husband, Simon Kabu, to reveal the identity of the young woman.

Sarah released a statement, shedding light on the situation. She dismissed allegations that the woman was her househelp and shared a video showing her new residence.

In a post, Sarah Kabu also seemingly revealed that she left her matrimonial home, and likened it to 'Egypt' or “Pharaoh’s house' 

In a video shared on Instagram, Simon Kabu said that sometimes silence can be mistaken for guilt and it's high time he addressed the situation.

He shared that the woman in the CCTV footage was his professional nanny and she was there to take care of the children whenever he was not around 

He revealed that the woman had worked there one month prior to the incident adding that he doesn't know what triggered Sarah's reaction.

The bonfire adventures CEO revealed that as a result of the altercation, the woman was hurt and she ended up pressing charges.

After several mediation attempts, the charges which at some point had been termed as attempted murder, were dropped.

Simon Kabu said he maintained a professional relationship with the lady in the video and all his other employees.

He denied rumors that he was in a romantic relationship with her adding that he has already hired another nanny since he needs someone to help with the kids.
