Ringtone's "Warning" to Brian Chira's Grandmother Comes with a Proposal

Veteran gospel artist and social commentator Ringtone Alex Apoko has cautioned Brian Chira's grandmother about dealing with TikTokers.
The 'Tenda Wema' crooner voiced his displeasure with how people had handled the elderly woman's announcement to sell off her crowdfunded home and relocate to a different environment.
Ringtone termed TikToker's as untrustworthy people as he offered a solution to her current predicament.

"Shosho wa Chira, hao vijana wa TikTok sio wazuri, wanakuchezea sana,"

This translates to, "To Chira's grandmother, those guys from TikTok are not good people, they are playing with you a lot."

He went on to offer the elderly lady accommodation in his Runda mansion highlighting that he is willing to reside in the servant quarters and let her have the main house at her disposal.

Ringtone argued there was no use for the elderly woman to live in displeasure in an environment she doesn't like just because people online dictate so.

The singer shared his outpouring love for Chira's grandma as he stated how willing he was to help her.

"Mimi nakupenda shosho, kama mahali ile nyumba ulijengewa hauskii vizuri hapo, nakukaribisha ukuje uishi na mimi hapa Runda. Nitakupatia main house, mimi nitahamia servant quarters," Ringtone stated as he showed off his vast compound.

Chira's grandmother caused quite a buzz last week when she intimated, she had plans to sell her house and relocate.

The news didn't sit well with a section of TikToker's who were quick to remind her that the house was built by fans and well-wishers as a tribute to her late grandson thus selling it would be uncouth and an insult to Chira's memory.

A tag of war ensued with the court of TikTok clearly opposed to the idea as the house dubbed 'Chira Clan' clearly meant so much to them.

In a video shared on her account, the elderly lady cited her desire to move to a container house, which seemed to anger netizens even more.

She stated her concerns for moving were challenges with where the house is situated as well as her security overall.

"I am not selling the house because of food and hair. The money you guys gave me. I have placed it somewhere. I can never remove it because of this young Chira. He will he study and go to the university,"I am not selling the house because of money. I have food for my kids. Hair and clothes are not an issue," the woman shared on her TikTok page.

TikToker's urged her to either reinforce the compound with a electric fence or rent out the place as opposed to selling it off as the house stands as a tribute to Brian Chira and selling it would be similar to erasing a part of him from the community.

Netizens warned her against asking for aid if she ends up selling the house with a section asking Kenyans not to participate in any fundraising efforts, she might raise towards helping her relocate.
