Radio host Kwambox expresses frustration after the delayed delivery of an outfit

Kiss FM breakfast show host Sheila Kwamboka, popularly known as Kwambox, recently took to social media to express frustration over a delayed delivery of an item she had ordered.

Known for her vibrant presence both on air and as a corporate and events emcee, Kwambox aired her disappointment in a recent Instagram story.

Kwambox shared that the shop from which she placed her order had been unresponsive, despite the fact that it’s been over a month since she made the purchase. She revealed her frustration, saying:

“The owner of this establishment allegedly is … He completely refuses to pick calls. It’s been a month. Anyway, that’s outfit number one. Stand by for the second tragedy...”

Her post resonated with many of her followers, who began sharing their own experiences with similar service issues, creating a discussion about customer service in local businesses.

Kwambox addressed the flood of messages she received, explaining:

“The reason I share is to let you know my experience because he came highly recommended. Now y’all are DMing me, sharing your similar experiences with the same business… Instead of sharing reviews so they either improve or at least the next customer doesn’t get duped. Clearly, he outsourced and was too lazy to oversee the work! I have five other ‘designers’—big powerhouses—playing these kinds of games, and I have receipts to prove it. Bite what you can chew and deliver on your word!”

This incident comes amid a growing wave of complaints from customers about service quality in Kenyan businesses.

Recently, content creator Soni Linda also urged local brands to handle all customers equally, expressing frustration over how certain companies prioritize influencer endorsements while neglecting the quality of services offered to regular customers.
