Nairobi: DCI detectives arrest suspect transporting bhang worth ksh 600,000
Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested a suspect in possession Cannabis Sativa estimated to be worth Ksh.600,000
The suspect known as Solomon Mutiirria is currently being held at a Nairobi police station following his arrest along the Eastern Bypass.
Detectives who arrested Mutiiria intercepted him as he was heading to Kiaruguru area in Ruiru Sub County.
The drugs which were concealed in a gunny bag were found after a search was conducted in his vehicle.
The vehicle has since been detained pending the suspect's arraignment.
