Mimi Mars, the sister to Vanessa Mdee has warmed hearts with a public announcement that she is feeling better and ready to resume work singing and acting.
Mimi also known as Marianne Namshali Mdee was reported to have been injured in a rumoured road accident, and was later hospitalized.
Her sister Vanessa travelled from the USA where she lives to Tanzania and showed how she visited Mimi with some friends.
Vanessa asked fans for privacy. Since then nothing has been heard of from Mimi. But yesterday, the public figure used her Instagram page to share with fans the great news that she was doing well.
She sat wearing a red dress as she announced her recovery.
"Asanteni sana Marshearts kwa Maombi, Upendo na Msaada wenu ambao umenishikilia mpaka sasa. Nawashukuru kwa ujumbe niliopokea katika kipindi chote cha mpito. Leo, nataka kuwajulisha kwamba kwa neema ya Mungu, ninaendelea vizuri. Mungu awabariki nyote, na nawatakia mfungo mwema kwa wote."
Which loosely translated means,
(Thank you Marshearts for your love and support that has sustained me. I appreciate all the Prayers, Love and Messages I received while I was away. Today, I want to inform everyone that with the help of God, I’m doing great and ready to start. May God bless all of you, and I wish you all happy fasting.)
She did not reveal any more details but her fans were glad for her quick recovery. Here are heartwarming comments welcoming her back
