Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti has advised President William Ruto to take his time to determine and select individuals who will form his second Cabinet.
Speaking while attending a Sunday Mass in Athi river, Wavinya told the President Kenyans are keen on how he will create a cabinet with the right individuals.
“He should take time, he should not rush into it. He should take time to listen to Wananchi, and chose the people they want. Those who can serve Wananchi,” said the governor.
The governor observed that although public servants cannot be without fault, the President has the opportunity to identify and pick individuals who are able to work for Kenyans.
On July 19, President Ruto unveiled 11 new members of his Cabinet. The 11 members will take positions left vacant after dismissal of Ruto’s first Cabinet. This as the nation awaits Ruto to name more members of his second cabinet.
