The Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) has announced a partial interruption of the prepaid token vending system to facilitate an upgrade.
Customers have been notified that the affected system will be unavailable from Sunday, June 2 at 10 pm to Monday, June 3, 10 pm.
During this maintenance period, customers will not be able to buy electricity tokens from all vending points including Kenya Power Offices, their MPESA Pay bill number, Airtel Money and all banking channels.
