Khaligraph jones has declared that Hip Hop is reigning supreme as he released Khali Cartel 5.

So hard are the lyrics that Jalango has tagged Diana Marua urging her to hop into the studio with him to respond to a diss from 'Set It' singer Dyana Cods.

The 2021 BET award nominee dropped a new Khali cartel single which is now his fifth Khali Cartel production as the rapper has a combined series of Khali Cartels from one to now five.

He released the Khali Cartel 5 on Thursday, March 6, 2025 that includes major collaborations from legendary musicians from East Africa, explaining in detail why he wanted to work with each. See the list below:

The release was sure to be a hit until netizens started criticizing the song with other claiming that it is not us raw us the previous Khali Cartels that they are used to.

The singer reacted to the critics, 

"I am a really great fun of OG but damn, what did you do with this peace, go and chill and come up with a song that will bring people together juu weuhh ...hi iko chini to sana."Gitaya commented

"Ndio maana umevaa iyo jeans imefinya msedes ?si uyo ni Wewe apo juu" Khaligraph responded.

On the other hand, his die-hard fans were happy, and praised the authentic piece, saying it is one of his greatest releases and it is sure to unite east Africa.

The song is doing well as it is the number one trending song currently with over 450,000 views on YouTube.

The Khali Cartel which Jones initiated is seen as a move that helps artist grow where Khaligraph features upcoming artist who are also in the rap game.
