A man named Gershon from Kakamega County has narrated how he granted his wife permission to look for someone else to satisfy her sexually. 

In an interview with the Golden Marriage Show alongside his wife, Gershon shared their marriage story as he bravely disclosed that one of the challenges the two faced as a couple was him fulfilling his conjugal duties in the bedroom. 

When faced with this challenge rather than allowing it to strain their relationship, the elderly man made a selfless decision to grant his wife the freedom to seek fulfillment elsewhere.

During the interview, the man revealed that he encouraged his wife to satisfy her sexual needs on the condition that it had to be outside Kakamega for the sake of their kids.

"Before reaching that decision I also advised her, nikamwambia, najua mungu ametupatia vitu mingi isipokuwa kimoja tu, choice making yako mwenyewe, decision making iyo is individual but you must also be guided. Nikamwambia,

'at your age you're still young na haka kamuheshimiwa nikama katakuwa bado kanakusumbua na wewe unasugua kwa mgongo wangu na mimi sina namna nakudanganya nimelala, najifanya sijui kitu unaniambgia. badala ya kuwa na haya yote ningependa uweza kuchagua mtu wako ama watu wako' 

"I talked to my wife , nikamwambia 'lakini utanifanyia tu jambio moja usifanyie hapa kakamega , not because of me , we have kids here." Gerishom disclosed. 

His actions showed a level of understanding and compassion toward his wife's sexual needs which is a rare attribute.
