Multi-award-winning thespian and now producer/director Jackie Matubia is counting losses after her toddler, baby Zendaya broke their 65-inch smart TV.
Sharing her woes on her Instagram stories, Jackie who was recently in South Africa for the premier of Bridgerton season 3 could be heard having a conversation with her pre-teen daughter, Zari who had just reported what her small sister did.
Jackie's camera was directed towards the TV that was playing children's cartoons with multiple blurry and coloured lines running vertically on the lower bottom and one horizontally in the middle of the electronic device.
"Mom you are sad?" Zari was heard asking her mother as she played on her phone clearly unbothered
Responding to her daughter Matubia highlighted she was beyond sad as she went on to ask netizens to give her input on whether she should try fix the telly or just proceed to buy a new one.
"I am very sad, what do you mean 'I am sad?' I am very sad...." the actress stated.
"If Zendaya did not have that toy then she would not have broken the TV, right?" Her first born daughter, Zari quipped as she replied to her mom's woes.
"Guys this is what I come home to... Please advice, jameni I want to cry. Do I buy a new one like can this be fixed? Someone help this single mother because the pain I am feeling, a whole 65 inch! Uchungu jameni" the Salem actress added.
In her next post, Jackie could be seen questioning her oblivious toddler who could not comprehend that she was in trouble or the sheer fact that she had ruined such a pricey gadget.
"Yaani huyu atakuja kunimaliza one day," the veteran actress captioned the video in which she got no response nor apology from the adorable little baby girl who just wanted cuddles with her mom.
