Court has closed a Ksh.1.9 billion shillings asset case against former Migori Governor Okoth Obado, his children and others.
This is after the court was told that Obado and EACC settled the matter out of court with a Ksh.235 million agreement.
High Court had earlier allowed the commission to seize assets of the former Governor, which included his residential property Loresho Ridge and three high-end cars.
Obado, his four children and businessman Jared Peter Odonyo had been barred from transferring the assets.
