Owner of the music label Konde Worldwide, Harmonize, has announced a brief departure from music to step into the boxing ring for a match.
The artist displayed banter with Tanzania's renowned boxer, Hassan Mwakinyo, as they exchanged jabs about the sport of boxing.
Harmonize challenged the boxer, telling him that if he was confident, he should accept the challenge to enter the ring, and he openly declared his readiness to invest a stake of one hundred thousand dollars, equivalent to Ksh 13.2 million Kenyan shillings.
In his bravado, Harmonize stated that although he had vowed never to lay a hand on anyone through violence, he wanted to temporarily set aside his pledge just once to face off against Mwakinyo.
"I'd rather be beaten by my sweetheart than by you, Hassan. You are playing with death. I have never misused my skills, especially against someone ignorant. The law does not permit it, but nevertheless, I know they fear you, but I will use you as an example."
"I swore never to harm any human being, but I have to do it, just once and for the last time. If you are confident in what you're saying, then let's meet in the ring, with a stake of 100k$," the Tanzanian singer escalated his bravado.
However, Mwakinyo advised him that he was a good artist and should stick to his music career, or else he will suffer needlessly in boxing.
