Internet sensation Gloria Ntazola has revealed that she did not research her surgeon before undergoing a tummy tuck procedure during her recent cosmetic trip to Nigeria.

During a Q&A session on her Instagram stories on Friday, November 28, 2025, Ntazola explained that the surgery was a spur-of-the-moment choice.

She shared that she simply woke up one morning, contacted the hospital and requested an urgent appointment, noting that she generally does not plan such decisions.

According to Ntazola, her confidence was largely influenced by a friend who assured her that many women he knew had undergone similar procedures at the same facility without issues.

Feeling frustrated with her stomach and eager for a change, she went ahead with the operation without taking time to verify the surgeon’s credentials or research the clinic.

“No, I did not. I woke up, called the hospital and told them I need an appointment on short notice. I do not plan for things. I told them it was very urgent. My friend has lots of female friends who have done their bodies there before, and he said it was safe. I was really sick of that tummy,” she said.

Her confession comes just days after she disclosed that she spent Ksh900,000 on the tummy tuck alone. On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the digital creator shared a detailed expense breakdown from her Nigeria trip, giving followers a clear look at the true cost of beauty abroad.

She revealed that her flight and visa cost Ksh285,000. Before the surgery, she stayed four nights in Banana Island, where she paid Ksh47,000 per night. The surgery itself cost Ksh900,000.
