Guardian Angel's wife Esther Musila prides herself as 'the best listening ear' the gospel artist has.
However, as much as she previews his songs, she never asks him to change any of his lyrics.
Speaking exclusively with Mpasho the businesswoman maintained her husband's work comes from God thus it would be wrong for her to change anything.
Esther started by highlighting the gospel artist runs all his tunes by her before anyone else stating, "I think I'm his best listening ear. He is an artist and I represent the other side because I'm able to act as an audience for him. So every time he comes up with a new song I'm the first person who hears it. And for years we've always had the studio in the house, so even when he's recording I'm the first person to hear the song," the mother of 3.
Touching on the role she has played in his music since they got together and whether her input is ever factored in, in the music-making process Esther credited herself for helping her hubby not only overcome his doubts but also sometimes choose which songs get released and which ones should take a backseat.
"Some of the songs he has released, he'll have a doubt it but because I'm able to act as an audience I'll be able to tell, 'this one don't keep it. Remove it," the businesswoman proudly said while speaking to Mpasho's team.
On if there's been an instance where she listened to one of her hubby's songs and was like, 'naah you need to change this to this' or something along those lines Esther candidly explained that she never interferes with the lyrical part of her man's music.
"Normally, because you see, Guardian gets his inspiration from the spirit... from God, I'm not able to change what he's feeling. You know?
Because I can't interpret what he got. The vision he got or the calling of the song so I can't tell him to add another word," Guardian Angel's wife said.
Adding she may give input on the beats or tune but never ask him to change or add anything when it comes to the wording.
