Kenyan influencer and content creator Diana Marua is celebrating her daughter Malaika Bahati’s birthday with a heartfelt message and a glamorous photoshoot.

In a warm post shared on her Instagram page on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, Diana accompanied adorable videos with a message expressing her gratitude for her daughter.

“It takes a lot to get that perfect picture 😂 I can’t ignore that I was literally blessed with a real Angel in my life 😍 Heeeeyyy,” Diana Marua expressed.

Diana and her husband, musician Bahati, organised a lavish birthday shoot to mark Malaika’s special day. The couple, known for going all out for their children’s milestones, appeared excited to honour their youngest daughter.

This celebration comes months after Diana opened up about her motherhood journey during another family event.

In August 2025, she treated her son, Majesty Bahati, to a special retreat at a wildlife lodge for his sixth birthday. The family spent the day bonding, exploring nature, and reflecting on their growth.

During the getaway, Diana shared emotional stories about her childhood, telling her kids how different her upbringing was compared to the comfortable life they enjoy today.

“Unlike you kids, I used to fetch water in a well with a mtungi, and then I put it on my back. A jerrycan, if you do not understand what ‘mtungi’ means. And then I would go to wash utensils, and I would put water in a basin and clean in the other, and it was hard. So, guys, we are enjoying ourselves here in this lodge,” she said.

The retreat included a visit to a nearby lake and a playful moment when Bahati and their son, Morgan, jokingly argued over the name of a bird they had spotted. Diana later reminded the children to be grateful and to grow up understanding the importance of humility and resilience, despite their privileged lifestyle.

The birthday celebration for Malaika also comes weeks after Diana addressed reactions to a viral video involving Morgan. In August, she was seen giving him bundles of cash as he stepped out of the house. Diana later clarified that the gesture was not meant to spoil him but to teach him responsibility and love.

“Some will say I’m spoiling him. Allow me to say I’m loving him, and I want him to take care of his future girl and kids the same way. My generation isn’t going to suffer,” Diana explained.

Diana Marua and Bahati are parents to five children. They include Mueni Bahati, Bahati’s daughter from a previous relationship, as well as Heaven Bahati, Majesty Bahati, Malaika Bahati, and Morgan Bahati, whom they adopted from a children’s home.
