Bongo star Diamond Platnumz has announced the seventeenth of November as a very important day for the Wasafi label as they will organize a party called Swahili night to welcome another star to the label.
This artist through his Instagram page last night published a statement saying that it is a celebration that will have its own kind of celebration to introduce a brave artist.
"Lebo Wasafi will hold a ceremony that has never happened anywhere to introduce a new artist in our team. It is a matter of pride for an event that will be attended by invited guests only,...
It is a two-day celebration, the guests will come dressed in Swahili clothing, including kanga, dera, to show the world that Swahili is the best style to emulate," he said.
Diamond Platnumz's who is the main producer and producer of the label Wasita has Tajik artists on the label including stars Zuchu, Mbosso, artist Lava lava.
This announcement goes against the announcement he made earlier in July when he was warning fellow artists about releasing music continuously until next year.
Making the announcement, Diamond had hinted that he would introduce a new artist to the Wasafi label in early January 2024, the time that would allow the artist to take the lead in the "trend" after he did so from July until now continuously without being shaken.
