Tanzanian star Diamond Platnumz has responded to online speculation linking him to embattled American entertainment mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Fans online have questioned whether something was going on between them.

Diamond remains ubothered by the comments

While acknowledging his respect for Diddy, Diamond stated that he has chosen to ignore the rumors surrounding the American singer. He emphasized that he would not comment on Diddy’s legal situation until a verdict is reached.

“Mimi ni mtu ambaye huongelewa kwa maneno na kwa vitu tofauti… Maisha yangu mtandaoni, kwenye sanaa na kiuhalisia ni vitu tofauti sana. …huwa sijibu comment za watu,” Diamond stated

Diamond remains unbothered by the online chatter, focusing on his own success and reputation as a renowned artist.

“Sitajifanya mchambuzi katika tukio lake kwa maana sijafanya sheria. Kwa ufupi, mpaka mahakama yaseme neno. Binafsi siwezi nikamhukumu lakini ninamheshimu kama mtu amvmbaye anajua vitu vingi mziki,” he continued

Diddy was arrested earlier this month and is currently facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and violence.

In September 27th, Combs was accused of drugging and raping a woman on multiple occasions, with the woman, identified as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, further alleging she became pregnant after one of the encounters; she is seeking undisclosed damages.

Additionally, In May 24th, Combs was accused in a lawsuit filed in New York of sexual assault over four “terrifying sexual encounters” between 1995 and 2001, including three incidents of rape and one instance of Combs forcing the woman to take ecstasy.
