An explanation of the story behind the 'Extra Pressure' dance challenge

Extra Pressure has music fans raving about music geniuses Bien and Bensoul.

What's more, even the dance challenge is leaving netizens spellbound with the gyrating movements of Kenyans attempting it.

Bien and Bensoul have been teasing each other mercilessly about who has the best moves, leaving their fans tickled.

Top of those is dancer Nasieku who whines and twirls her body leaving fans mesmerized with her waist movements.

There is a story behind the dance challenge, according to the master ColloBlue.

Collo aka Collins Kuria has revealed how he crafted the moves.

"@bensoulmusic called me on a certain Tuesday evening 6 months ago and was like “Bro ile album tunaipiga aje ? “ So I asked him how he wanted us to do it and instead of talking to me about he said “uko wapi ? Kuja Ruaka studio sai sai uskize some of the 3 songs that are already recorded.”

Bensoul released his much anticipated 'The Party AfterThe After Party' album recently.

"So at 11 pm I went to Ruaka, found him recording like every other time and then he played a song by him and @bienaimesol . And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how my story with EXTRA PRESSURE and the whole party and after party album started ."

The multi-talented dancer got motivated to come up with a challenge

"I heard the song, totally fell in love with it, and was ready to drop the dance challenge the very next day. But then Suddah said that we have to wait for the songs to drop the following month on 4/20 Which they didn’t ??. So we later decided to start with namanga another song in the album then drop the rest a month later which was last week ."

This is Bensouls second solo album with the previous Lion of Sudah released in April 2023.

Collins continued to narrate how each project has gone viral and extended his gratitude to fans for participating.

"I have created multiple trending dance challenges to this point and to see them accepted by you the audience is everything to me as one entrusted by this huge artist to push their dreams to life! For that, I say

Asanteni for Extra Pressure, for Kudade, For Hoozambe, and the very many pieces I have created or pushed and you guys have loved since the days of 'KunaKuna'

To my good friend, my top client @bensoulmusic thank you for the constant belief you have in me and my team to work with you on your projects, shows, and performances. Let's keep the extra pressure vibe alive and kicking."
