Elsa Majimbo recently revealed that one of the happiest moments of her life was when she moved out of her parent's house.

While she maintains a close relationship with them, she described the experience as her ultimate taste of freedom.

"They're literally my best friends, but living with them...?" she remarked.

Majimbo explained that having her own space meant living by her own rules.

"It’s my roof, my rules. Having friends come and go as they please, even at midnight, without needing to explain to anyone—that’s just phenomenal," she shared.

She also enjoyed the freedom of going out whenever she wanted, something she couldn’t do at home.

"My parents are the kind who believe you can’t go out two days in a row. If you went out yesterday, today you’re staying in the house."

Reflecting on her independence, Majimbo expressed how liberating it feels to make decisions on her own terms.

"I’m not a wild child, but knowing I have the option to do or not to do without needing anyone’s permission? Chef’s kiss."
