He stressed that at no point did he mention anything defamatory about Simon Kabu, Mtalii’s ex-husband.

Instead, his goal was to bring forward the stories of people who have undergone life-changing experiences.

The interview, which was published two months ago, quickly amassed over 500,000 views and ignited widespread discussion online.

Dr. Ofweneke recalled receiving a text message from a “PR firm” on behalf of Simon Kabu. When he asked for a formal letter, the response he received was shockingly unprofessional.

This unceremonious approach only strengthened his resolve to fight back against what he calls an unjust act of censorship.

Dr. Ofweneke’s laywer is now working on an appeal, demanding a thorough review of YouTube’s decision.

“My team is following up on this matter, and we are determined to see a full investigation into the removal of our content and we wnat it back up,” he stated.

He remains confident in the legality and integrity of his work.

Insisting that the video fully complied with YouTube’s policies and contained no harmful or misleading material.

The controversy deepened when it was revealed that Dr. Ofweneke had previously reached out to Simon Kabu for an interview—a request that was declined.
