Crazy Kennar and Girlfriend Natalie Asewe Welcome Their Newborn Baby

Content creator Crazy Kennar and his long-time partner Natalie Asewe are celebrating the arrival of their newborn baby, a moment filled with emotion and meaning as it follows the heartbreaking loss of their son in 2023.

Natalie took to social media on Sunday, August 3, 2025, to share the news with a deeply touching message that paid tribute to their late child.

She affirmed that the newborn had been handpicked from heaven by their late son, and expressed immense joy over the arrival of what she described as a divine blessing.

“Handpicked for earth by her brother in heaven,” she wrote, adding a rainbow and heart emoji.

She went on to declare that she was presenting the child before God as a testimony of restoration, entrusting the infant to His blessings and grace.

“I present to you the God of restoration,” a powerful statement that resonated with fans who have followed the couple’s journey through grief and healing.

The couple shared heartwarming photos, including one where they could be seen tenderly holding their new baby, clearly overwhelmed with love and gratitude.

First son

Previously, in November 2024, the award-winning actor opened up about the heartbreaking loss of his first child with partner Natalie Asewe.

During an emotional interview on Oga Obinna TV, Kennar revealed that their newborn son had died after spending five days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

At the time, Kennar spoke with raw honesty about how the joy of becoming a father had been painfully short-lived, explaining that his excitement was abruptly replaced by heartbreak.

He noted that the anguish was even more intense because he had been in the middle of preparing a major show, one he could not cancel despite the personal turmoil he was enduring.

“I was supposed to come here as a proud father, but tragically, my son passed away four days ago. It has been an incredibly difficult journey because, even as we were grieving, we still had to push through and deliver the show,” he said.

Kennar then offered heartfelt advice to his followers, urging them to always check on their friends who seem to be smiling all the time, cautioning that behind the cheerful façades could be hidden sorrow.

He shared that during his darkest moments, he had no choice but to step onto the stage with a smile, even though he felt empty and broken inside.

“Whenever you see someone walking around smiling, just stop and ask if they are truly okay. Let us be our brothers’ and sisters’ keepers. Let us love one another,” he emphasised.

Meanwhile, his partner Natalie Asewe also took to social media to express how their son’s death had deeply shattered their world. She revealed that their baby boy passed away on December 11, 2023, a date now etched in their hearts.

Opening up about the harrowing ordeal, Natalie spoke of how the physical pain of childbirth was ultimately eclipsed by the unbearable sorrow of losing a child she had longed to raise.

Her words laid bare the emotional wreckage of dreams left unfulfilled.

“They say there is no pain greater than childbirth, but I disagree. The greatest pain is carrying and delivering a child you never get to raise. I do not just mourn my son; I grieve the moments that never came: his first cry, his first words, his first steps, and all the memories we were meant to make,” she wrote.
