An aircraft crashes into Nairobi National park
An aviation student sustained injuries on Thursday after an aircraft operated by the West Rift Aviation School crashed into the Nairobi National Park.
Following the accident, a rescue team was immediately dispatched to the scene and helped retrieve those trapped under the wreckage.
While confirming the incident, a Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) official disclosed that the aircraft with two people on board left one of the people nursing injuries.
According to the KCAA official, the injured student was rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment.
The cause of the accident was yet to be established at the time of publishing this story even as investigations kicked off.
