Risper Faith says she's getting surgery to make her hips larger

Nairobi businesswoman Risper Faith remains very open about cosmetic surgeries or any other procedures she is undertaking.

Over the past few weeks, she has been speaking about her hope that her doctor will give her the go-ahead to undergo another surgery after her gastric sleeve procedure.

She has announced that she has good news. She will be doing a fat transfer procedure.

In a video displaying her body, she urged her fans to drop bad eating habits, explaining how emotional eating has affected her.

"Saseni, I hope mko poa. Habari ya asubuhi. Kama saa hizi umeshikilia mikate tatu na umeweka sukari mingi kwa chai. Tupa hio kitu Enda utupe kwa dustbin kwasababu hivi three months ndio utakuwa unakaa. Unaona? Sasa hapa ni mimi last year, Nilikuwa nashoot hii video, nafikiria nini nitapika lunch. Yani chakula tuu ndio imejaa kwa kakili"

She then announced her good news "Anyway the doctor has cleared me for another surgery na nikoeko nataka kufanya fat transfer. Nitransfer kwa ma hips ama nijaze huku nyuma kwa vitako," she indicated it was because of body shaming about her lack of hips.

She then bragged that she would return from surgery with the biggest hips,

"In three months body by design will fix me mtashangaa," her voiceover continued.

Here is an explanation of what fat transfer is:

Fat grafting takes fat from one area of the body and places it in areas that would benefit from more shape and fullness. Liposuction is used to remove fat from unwanted areas. This commonly includes the bra roll, flanks, waistline, hips, and thighs. Fine cannulas are used to transfer the fat to the desired areas
