Mike Sonko posted a series of Videos and pictures on his Twitter handle testing his jewellery. 

The video posted Sonko is heard asking the owner of Tiara Jewels, to test the authenticity of his jewellery.

His collection included gold plated rings, necklaces and bracelets. Some of the necklaces and rings were also adorned with diamonds.

Sonko elaborated that the gold in all his jewellery weighed a total of 602 grams.

"I have tested my gold, it's genuine. It is 602 grams times KSH 12,000 per grams, the total is 7.2 million minus the diamonds, " he stated.

The businessman who was Nairobi's governor before being impeached by the members of the County Assembly has not shyed away from flaunting his luxurious and posh life on his social media.

The ex governor also posted a series of photos in what seemed to be a garage displaying a wide array of luxurious and pricey SUVs in the background. A Cadillac Escalade worth a whooping KSH 40 million was also seen in the background.

Two weeks ago the ex governor posted a video flaunting wads of cash in both US dollars and Kenyan shilling packed in boxes of what seemed to be an office in his house. The video elicited alot of comments from netizens prompting other celebrities and influencers to follow in his footsteps.
