The embattled Daadab Member of Parliament Farah Maalim on Monday skipped a summon by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) to shed light on his controversial comments on youthful protesters.
The legislator was summoned after he was filmed saying he would have killed 5,000 protesters if he was the president.
However, addressing a press conference, the legislator claimed that he had agreed with the commission that he would appear at a later date.
